  • • As a GTM Systems Lead at Bullpen Talent, Inc., you will design and strengthen the operating system behind a growing SaaS revenue engine, directly enabling scalable revenue growth through AI-enabled workflows and automation. This role is critical to aligning technology with go-to-market strategy, ensuring seamless data flow, process efficiency, and system reliability across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
  • • You will own and build the full GTM systems architecture, developing and implementing AI-enabled workflows and revenue automation while managing Salesforce administration, automation, and data modeling. Your day-to-day includes maintaining documentation of systems architecture, code, and procedures; collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and engineering) to deliver high-quality software and systems solutions; optimizing CPQ processes using DealHub or Salesforce CPQ; integrating and leveraging tools like Gong, Gainsight, and Salesloft to enhance revenue intelligence and customer success; and continuously improving system performance, data integrity, and user adoption through proactive monitoring and iterative enhancements.

You’ll have the opportunity to architect scalable systems that influence go-to-market performance at scale, positioning yourself as a leader in RevOps and GTM technology innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, or Sales Technology within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • • Deep Salesforce expertise, specifically in administration, automation, and data modeling.
  • • Hands-on CPQ experience, ideally with DealHub or Salesforce CPQ.
  • • Familiarity with the broader GTM stack, including tools like Gong, Gainsight, and Salesloft.
  • • A "hands-on builder" mindset with the ability to own technical architecture.
  • • Salesforce Admin certification (nice-to-have).
  • • Experience with Agile methodologies or relevant cloud service certifications (nice-to-have).
