📋 Description

  • As a GTM Systems Manager at Garner Health, you will serve as the primary operational expert for go-to-market systems, ensuring the revenue engine runs smoothly by translating immediate team needs into efficient system adjustments and configurations.
  • Day to day, you will drive rapid operational solutioning by identifying GTM process inefficiencies, establishing and enforcing Salesforce data hygiene, managing vendor relationships and licenses for tools like Salesforce and Outreach, advising on RevOps tech enhancements, and monitoring system performance to ensure reliability and uptime.
  • You will join Garner Health’s Revenue team, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, in a mission-driven organization transforming healthcare by guiding employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care through data-driven insights and employer partnerships.
  • In this role, you will develop expertise in RevOps stack optimization, gain hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and complex flows, and contribute to scalable healthcare solutions while working with a high-performing team that values urgency, accountability, and authentic feedback.
