  • • Own the entire talent engine for Seon’s go-to-market org—sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success—across the US, Europe, and LATAM. You will run full-cycle recruiting from intake to close, ensuring every hire is a force-multiplier for revenue growth.
  • • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with the President of GTM and the CMO to translate aggressive ARR targets into quarterly headcount plans. You will forecast hiring velocity, flag capacity risks, and design role architectures that scale with the business.
  • • Craft magnetic job descriptions, scorecards, and interview guides that sell Seon’s mission of stopping fraud for the world’s most ambitious digital brands (Revolut, Wise, Bilt, and more). Your copy will convert passive talent into excited candidates.
  • • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies that reach under-represented talent pools. You will leverage 900+ first-party data signals, AI-powered tools, and targeted events to create a 3Ă— qualified pipeline before roles even go live.
  • • Deliver a white-glove, inclusive candidate experience that mirrors Seon’s customer obsession. From first LinkedIn message to signed offer, you will own scheduling, feedback loops, and executive debriefs—closing top performers in <30 days.
  • • Run rigorous assessments that balance culture add with quota-crushing potential. You will design practical case studies, role plays, and reference frameworks that surface the exact behaviors that predict 95 % fraud-reduction impact.
  • • Track funnel metrics obsessively (passive-to-screen, screen-to-onsite, offer-accept) and present weekly dashboards to the ELT. You will A/B test outreach sequences, interview panels, and compensation bands to hit 90 %+ offer-accept rates.
  • • Champion employer branding campaigns that position Seon as the rocket ship every GTM pro wants to board. You will ghost-write LinkedIn posts, host virtual meetups, and turn new hires into brand evangelists before day one.
  • • Iterate on our Ashby ATS and recruitment CRM to automate busywork and unlock predictive insights. You will build templates, triggers, and dashboards that give hiring managers self-service visibility into pipeline health.
  • • Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers, codifying playbooks that scale from Series C to IPO. You will run weekly enablement sessions on objection handling, negotiation tactics, and diversity sourcing best practices.
  • • Collaborate with People Ops to design onboarding journeys that compress ramp time for AEs and CSMs. You will feed real-time market intelligence into comp philosophy, territory design, and enablement curricula.
  • • Stay ahead of the talent market—track competitor layoffs, comp shifts, and emerging skillsets in fraud prevention, AML, IDV, and cybersecurity—so Seon always hires first and wins fastest.
