📋 Description

• As a GTM Technology Product Owner at Harvey AI Inc., you will partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to translate business objectives into technical requirements, serving as both project liaison and lead analyst while operating with extreme urgency and agency once prioritization is agreed upon with leadership.
• You will gather requirements and help design advanced automations that drive speed and efficiency, focusing on the post-sales customer lifecycle to knock down inefficiencies and bring automation across business units using AI agents and applications like Ticketing, CSP, and PSA.
• You will act as a liaison between Customer Success, User Operations, RevOps, and GTM Systems to deliver best-in-class user experience, guiding strategic evaluations of projects and platforms to help leadership make informed decisions on prioritization.
• You will manage data integrity, deduplication, and system audits, documenting evolving data models and process flows to ensure scalability as the company doubles in size, while verifying that adopted tools are driving ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst with a background in consulting or a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of AI first principles, including explaining technical nature of models and platforms and showing micro-apps built on Claude, Lovable, n8n, Replit, or other agentic applications.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools, with the ability to tell stories with data rather than just pull reports.
