📋 Description

• As a GTM Technology Product Owner at Harvey AI Inc., you will partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to translate business objectives into technical requirements, serving as both project liaison and lead analyst while operating with extreme urgency and agency once prioritization is agreed upon with leadership.
• You will gather requirements and help design advanced automations that drive speed and efficiency, focusing on the post-sales customer lifecycle to eliminate inefficiencies and bring automation across business units using AI agents and applications like Ticketing, CSP, and PSA.
• You will act as an expert advisor on AI readiness, guiding strategic evaluations of projects and platforms to help leadership make informed decisions on prioritization while managing data integrity, deduplication, and system audits to ensure scalability as the company doubles in size.
• You will document evolving data models and process flows, verify adopted tools are driving ROI, and operate as a high-ownership problem solver with a bias for action in building AI-powered systems that eliminate friction across the GTM lifecycle.
