- • As a GTM Technology Product Owner at Harvey AI Inc., you will partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to translate business objectives into technical requirements, serving as both project liaison and lead analyst while operating with extreme urgency and agency once prioritization is agreed upon with leadership.
- • You will gather requirements and help design advanced automations that drive speed and efficiency, focusing on the post-sales customer lifecycle to eliminate inefficiencies and bring automation across business units using ticketing, CSP, PSA, and AI agent applications.
- • You will leverage AI agents and applications to automate customer lifecycle best practices and value realization, ensuring post-sales teams spend 100% of their time on high-value interactions by advising on what AI is ready to do and what should remain human-led.
- • You will act as a cross-functional liaison between Customer Success, User Operations, RevOps, and GTM Systems to deliver best-in-class user experience, guide strategic evaluations of projects and platforms, and help leadership make informed prioritization decisions.
- • You will manage data integrity, deduplication, and system audits, document evolving data models and process flows for scalability, and conduct deep research to verify adopted tools are driving ROI as the company doubles in size.
- • You will operate with a consultant’s mindset, owning the orchestration and data layers of Harvey’s technology stack, advising on agentic applications and bespoke tooling that reflect Harvey’s unique position in the evolving AI-powered professional services industry.
- • You will work in a high-agency environment with few explicit guidelines, requiring comfort with ownership, bias for action, and problem-solving to build AI-powered systems that eliminate friction across the GTM lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst, with a background in consulting or a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- • Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of AI first principles, including explaining technical models and platforms and showcasing micro-apps built on Claude, Lovable, n8n, Replit, or similar agentic applications.
- • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools, with a proven ability to tell stories with data rather than just pull reports.
- • Exceptional consultative approach: ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and transform them into elegant, scalable technical solutions, with a track record of iterating with technical teams and delivering projects from inception to hypercare.
- • Proven experience understanding the relationship between technology and users, including extrapolating data structures across platforms into a baseline usable by both end users and agents, combined with empathy for individual pains and cold logic for platform-level decisions.
