- • As the Ecosystem Programs Lead at Clay Labs Inc., you will build and scale structured partnership programs from the ground up, transforming reactive, relationship-driven interactions into strategic, measurable initiatives that drive growth across the GTME ecosystem.
- • Your day-to-day will involve defining and tiering target partner lists, formalizing existing relationships into scalable programs, co-creating joint content and initiatives (such as courses, playbooks, and certifications), and converting partner networks into both talent pipelines and enterprise demand sources.
- • You’ll operate at the intersection of GTM, AI, and education, working closely with sales, product, and marketing to ensure partnerships deliver tangible outcomes in GTME supply, enterprise demand, and brand impact.

- • In this role, you will develop end-to-end ownership of partnership lifecycles, gaining deep experience in partnership strategy, program management, co-marketing execution, and performance measurement — all while shaping how Clay becomes the default infrastructure layer for go-to-market excellence across key ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience running a partnerships, business development, or co-marketing function with full ownership from strategy to execution and measurement
- • Ability to build and manage a partnership portfolio with clear tiering, goals, and performance tracking
- • Deep familiarity with or credible access to key players in the GTM, AI, and education ecosystems (e.g., every.to, HubSpot, Salesforce, Anthropic, Pavilion, GTM Circle, academies)
- • Skill in turning relationships into structured programs with defined deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
- • Comfort operating in ambiguous, cross-functional environments without relying on rigid org structures
- • A track record of prioritizing high-leverage partnerships and saying no to misaligned opportunities, even with prestigious brands
