- • As the Startup Programs Lead at Clay Labs Inc., you will drive the vision, operations, and growth of Clay’s startup-focused initiatives, including the GTM Accelerator Wedge and Campus Ambassador program, enabling early-stage founders and students to leverage Clay’s platform for go-to-market success.
- • You will manage day-to-day operations of existing programs, serve as the primary point of contact for participants, build relationships with alumni, and scale programs through feedback, iteration, and cross-functional collaboration with GTM, sales, and lifecycle teams.
- • You will help produce and represent Clay at startup-focused events such as workshops, livestreams, panels, and hackathons globally, while creating content, marketing assets, and newsletters to promote program outcomes and increase brand awareness in the startup ecosystem.
- • You will deepen your expertise in Clay’s product for startup use cases, develop internal playbooks from scratch, and work across teams to integrate startup programs into broader campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in building and scaling early-stage initiatives from 0 to 1.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building or scaling programs from 0 to 1, demonstrating founder-like ownership and initiative in driving outcomes.
- • Deep passion for supporting startups and empathy for founders, GTM leaders, and students navigating early-stage company building.
- • Strong operational skills with comfort in ambiguity, ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and self-direction in evolving environments.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with enthusiasm for public speaking, event hosting, and creating engaging content for startup audiences.
- • Genuine curiosity and aptitude to become a Clay product expert, including learning new GTM tools and translating product knowledge into teachable content.
