- • The Gun Club Sales Representative will seek out new gun clubs nationwide on behalf of The Kinetic Group while working with the local sales team to open new businesses and service existing gun club customers to maximize sales and exposure.
- • The role involves achieving assigned revenue and profit objectives, developing and fostering strong customer relationships to expand market share of TKG Brands, attending and staffing major shooting competitions nationwide, monitoring and analyzing category and item performance, enhancing brand awareness, uncovering sales and merchandising opportunities, forecasting annual needs, managing competitive programs, and maintaining understanding of market and industry trends.
- • The Kinetic Group is a world leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of small caliber ammunition under iconic brands including B&P, CCI, Federal Premium, Fiocchi, HEVI-Shot, Remington and Speer, with domestic manufacturing facilities in Minnesota, Idaho, Arkansas, and Missouri, serving law enforcement, government agencies, and sporting enthusiasts globally as part of the Ammo+ division of The Czechoslovak Group (CSG).
- • The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in firearms industry sales, build strategic customer relationships, gain experience in market analysis and forecasting, and contribute to brand growth while working remotely from a home office in FL, GA, SC, NC, or AL with up to 50% travel.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; equivalent experience considered
- • 1-3 years of gun club sales experience or related sales experience
- • Ability to effectively work with and connect with various internal customers
- • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Superior levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
