- • As an Account Executive for Latam at Farel Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across Latin America by acquiring new airline customers for its innovative airline operating system. This role is critical to Farel’s mission of replacing legacy passenger service systems with a unified, AI-powered platform that enables airlines to launch faster, increase ancillary revenue, and streamline operations. Your success will directly contribute to the company’s growth trajectory and market penetration in a high-potential region.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for new business acquisition targeting small and midsize airlines throughout Latam, from initial prospecting and outreach to contract negotiation, closing, and handoff to Customer Success. This includes building and qualifying a robust pipeline through targeted account selection, crafting personalized outbound sequences, and representing Farel at key regional aviation events to engage decision-makers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading consultative sales engagements by conducting discovery workshops, quantifying the business impact of Farel’s solution, coordinating product demonstrations, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations for six-figure ARR opportunities. You will drive deals to closure by owning pricing strategy, negotiation, and commercial terms, collaborating closely with Legal and Finance teams to ensure smooth contracting.
- • You will continuously refine Farel’s sales engine by instrumenting funnel metrics, A/B testing outreach strategies, and sharing win/loss insights with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to improve positioning, messaging, and product roadmap alignment. This iterative approach ensures the sales process remains agile and effective in a competitive market.
- • You will serve as the primary in-market representative of Farel across Latam, attending trade shows, airline forums, and partner meetings in major hubs to build brand awareness, cultivate relationships with airline executives and commercial leaders, and establish Farel as a trusted innovator in the aviation technology space.
- • Through this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions within the aviation and travel-tech sectors, sharpen your ability to navigate lengthy sales cycles with C-level stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience scaling a sales function in a high-growth, VC-backed startup environment. You will also have the opportunity to shape Farel’s go-to-market strategy in Latam and contribute to defining the future of airline technology adoption in the region.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or software sales experience, with a proven track record of closing six-figure, multi-stakeholder deals in enterprise environments.
- • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition within aviation, travel-tech, or related enterprise software domains; prior exposure to airline systems such as PSS (Passenger Service Systems), revenue management, or reservations platforms is strongly preferred.
- • Startup-minded and self-directed: comfortable operating with ambiguity, iterating rapidly on outreach, messaging, and sales processes, and leveraging data to drive decisions.
- • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and articulate technical value in clear business outcomes.
- • Based in Latam with the willingness and ability to travel across the region as needed to engage clients, attend events, and support market expansion efforts.
