You and your squad have two weeks to ideate, design, code, test, and ship a working solution that wows the judges. No roadmaps, no red tape, just pure creative velocity.
- • Own the entire stack. From pixel-perfect UI to scalable backend, from user-story mapping to post-launch analytics, your squad decides who does what and how. Whether you’re a React wizard, a Figma virtuoso, or the person who keeps the CI/CD pipeline humming, your contribution is visible and valued from day one.
- • Compete in a league, not a hierarchy. Instead of managers you have squadmates; instead of quarterly OKRs you have fortnightly sprints. The only scoreboard that matters is the Demo Day leaderboard. Win and you split the bounty; lose and you iterate harder next sprint. Rankings reset every two weeks so every squad always has a fresh shot at glory.
- • Ship imperfect code that solves real problems. We reward speed and impact over polish. If your prototype delights users and proves the concept, you’ve succeeded—even if the code still has TODOs. The goal is to learn fast, pivot faster, and leave a trail of working software in your wake.
- • Build a public portfolio at warp speed. Every challenge you complete becomes a case study you can showcase to future clients, investors, or employers. Your GitHub, Dribbble, or Notion page will explode with live demos, metrics screenshots, and “we built this in 14 days” bragging rights.
- • Collaborate across time zones and cultures. LATAM is your playground—connect with hackers in São Paulo, designers in Bogotá, and PMs in Mexico City. Async stand-ups, late-night pairing sessions, and emoji-filled Slack threads are the norm. English fluency is expected, but Spanish or Portuguese flair is warmly welcomed.
- • Earn while you learn. The league pays a guaranteed US $1,000 per month base operation fee to every active squad; you decide how to split it. Win a sprint and grab an extra US $1,000 bounty. With a new challenge every fortnight, that’s up to US $3,000 per month in total upside for a squad that consistently ships winners.
- • Commit at least 15 hours per week per member. This is designed for moonlighters, hungry freelancers, students, or full-time builders who crave adrenaline outside their 9-to-5. It’s intense, but the schedule is yours to shape. Burnout is not a badge of honor—smart sprints and ruthless prioritization are.
- • Join as a pre-formed squad or be matched with fellow renegades. Already have a dream team? Pick a killer squad name and apply together. Flying solo? Leave the squad field blank and we’ll place you in a newly formed crew of complementary talents. Either way, you’ll be shipping side-by-side with people who share your obsession for rapid creation.
- • Iterate in public, celebrate in style. Demo Days are live-streamed, recorded, and clipped for social media. Expect shout-outs on Twitter, LinkedIn kudos, and the occasional meme. Winning squads get digital trophies, bragging-rights GIFs, and priority access to future high-stakes challenges.
- • Contribute to a culture of perpetual motion. We’re not building a company; we’re building a league. Your feedback shapes the next challenge format, the bounty structure, and the tooling. If you spot a bottleneck, propose a fix. If you invent a new pattern, share it in the #tactics channel. Everyone here is both player and game designer.
