- • Lead and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clients across the United States, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and strategic account growth for Unlimit’s global financial infrastructure platform.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trusted advisory relationships with C-suite executives, finance leaders, and technical decision-makers in high-growth businesses.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to align client needs with platform capabilities, driving product adoption and feature utilization.
- • Monitor client health metrics, proactively identify churn risks, and implement retention strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term contract renewals.
- • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling additional financial rails, payment acceptance channels, or programmable account features to increase revenue per client.
- • Develop and deliver customized client success plans tailored to each client’s industry, geographic footprint, and autonomous commerce objectives.
- • Represent Unlimit in client meetings, product demos, and strategic reviews, articulating the value of unified global payment acceptance, digital asset rails, and programmable financial accounts.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of Unlimit’s regulatory licenses, global payment ecosystems, and technical architecture to confidently address client inquiries and compliance concerns.
- • Track and report on key account performance indicators including NRR, ARR, client satisfaction scores, and adoption rates to inform internal strategy and resource allocation.
- • Act as a client advocate within the organization, translating feedback into product improvement requests and operational enhancements.
- • Partner with sales and marketing teams to co-develop case studies, testimonials, and industry-specific content that showcases client success stories and platform capabilities.
- • Travel to client sites and industry events in the U.S. as needed to strengthen relationships and support strategic account initiatives.
- • Stay informed on evolving trends in borderless commerce, decentralized finance, and global payment regulation to provide forward-looking guidance to clients.
- • Ensure all client interactions adhere to Unlimit’s compliance standards, data security protocols, and global regulatory requirements.
- • Manage and mentor a team of account managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance to drive team excellence.
- • Set and exceed quarterly and annual account management targets for retention, expansion, and client satisfaction across the U.S. portfolio.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or business development within fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
- • Proven track record managing high-value B2B clients in global or cross-border financial services
- • Deep understanding of payment processing, digital assets, or programmable financial systems
- • Experience working with regulatory frameworks in financial services (e.g., AML, KYC, licensing)
- • Strong ability to translate technical product features into business value for non-technical executives
- • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing a team of account managers
