- • As the first Head of Product at Mimica Automation Ltd., you will lead the product function through its next major growth phase, defining macro strategy, market positioning, and product roadmap while raising the bar on product management practices and establishing structures that enable faster, more confident decision-making across teams.
- • Your day-to-day will involve owning global product strategy and roadmap, documenting and communicating vision for alignment, mentoring Product Managers and Designers, improving the product operating model, aligning stakeholders, aligning cross-functional leaders, handling executive and customer escalations, ensuring ownership and transparency, and forecasting team capacity needs to hire top-tier talent in partnership with the People team.
- • Mimica is a well-funded AI scale-up building proprietary AI-powered task mining technology that observes employee desktop actions to create detailed process maps, identify inefficiencies, prioritize improvements by ROI, recommend optimal automation technologies (RPA, IDP, GenAI), and provide blueprints for building new automations — empowering enterprises to reclaim time and work more efficiently.
- • You will have the opportunity to drive a foundational shift in product discovery by embedding deep customer understanding into company-level decisions, shaping how the organization identifies customer outcomes and leverages technology to deliver unique value, while growing alongside a technically strong team in Engineering, ML, and Go-to-Market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience as Head of Product, Director of Product, or VP of Product in a comparable scale-up environment
- • Experience building and managing technical enterprise products in data-heavy, process optimisation, AI, or automation domains
- • Strong people leadership with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring Product Managers and Product Designers
- • Expert stakeholder management skills, particularly driving alignment between senior leaders in Engineering and Commercial functions
- • Experience building products powered by in-house developed ML/AI technology
- • Excellent judgment in prioritization and roadmap decisions, especially during hard trade-offs
- • Strong product and commercial instinct with a clear commitment to delivering customer value
- • Confidence in handling disagreement, aligning diverse stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity with maturity
- • Experience working successfully in international and multicultural teams
- • Excellent written and spoken English, with ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to different audiences
