  • • As Head of Account Management Support Team at Saltz, you will design, launch, and lead a centralized customer-facing function that directly drives both new customer acquisition and revenue growth from existing clients, turning every interaction into measurable business impact in a fast-growing B2B food marketplace.
  • • You will build the operating model from the ground up — defining roles, responsibilities, KPIs, performance review cycles, and incentive structures — while leading and coaching a high-performing team to exceed targets in inside sales and customer support, ensuring alignment with product, marketing, and sales to optimize conversion, retention, and revenue per customer.
  • • Saltz is a mission-driven, Series A-funded digital marketplace (€20M raised) connecting chefs with local and global food producers, eliminating middlemen and hidden costs to create transparency and efficiency in the culinary supply chain; you’ll join a team of entrepreneurial experts passionate about transforming how the world sources food.
  • • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of a scalable customer-facing function, develop expertise in data-driven team scaling, forecasting, and incentive design, and have the autonomy to shape Saltz’s growth trajectory while working alongside seasoned leaders in a culture of trust, innovation, and industry passion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of proven experience leading account management, inside sales, or call-centre teams in a fast-growth environment
  • • Strong operational builder with expertise in designing processes, metrics, incentive plans, and performance review cycles
  • • Data-driven mindset: comfortable with target setting, forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement using data to drive decisions
  • • Hands-on leadership ability to hire, coach, and scale small teams to consistently exceed performance targets
  • • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills to align with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
