📋 Description

• As Head of AI at Prezzee, you will lead the company’s AI transformation, reporting to the Chief AI Officer, and own the end-to-end AI agenda spanning strategy, execution, and ROI across enterprise-wide initiatives.
• You will shape and execute the AI roadmap aligned with business priorities in growth, product, and operations; drive measurable impact from AI initiatives including revenue growth, improved customer experience, and operational efficiency; and build strategic partnerships with leading AI providers like Google, AWS, and Anthropic.
• You will establish AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks in collaboration with InfoSec; partner with Data and Architecture teams to ensure strong technical foundations; and champion a workforce AI literacy program to empower teams across the organisation.
• Prezzee is a global leader in digital gifting and payments, having sold over 140 million gift cards through partnerships with 1,500+ brands and serving 6 million customers worldwide, with a mission to change lives through the power of giving using borderless payment technology and innovative digital solutions.
• In this role, you will achieve success within 12 months by delivering a clear AI roadmap with measurable ROI, deploying high-impact AI use cases across product, operations, and customer experience, establishing responsible AI practices, strengthening provider partnerships, and increasing AI adoption and literacy organisation-wide.

• Proven experience leading large-scale AI, data, and/or digital transformation programs
• Ability to translate strategy into clear, executable plans with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
• Experience managing strategic technology partnerships and influencing stakeholders across all levels
