- • The Head of AI, North America will lead the creation, adoption, and scaling of AI-driven capabilities across creative, UX/UI, product, and digital marketing disciplines, defining the AI vision and driving experimentation and productization of GenAI tools to elevate client work through automation and intelligence.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with executive leadership, clients, technology teams, and creative leaders to embed AI into product design, content creation, marketing performance, employee experience, resource planning, and new business, while building AI roadmaps, identifying high-value use cases, and ensuring ethical and compliant AI adoption.
- • Wongdoody Inc. is a creative agency within the Infosys network, focused on delivering innovative digital experiences and marketing solutions, where AI is being strategically integrated to transform agency operations and creative output.
- • In this role, the individual will shape how AI transforms creative and operational workflows, build internal AI literacy, mentor cross-functional teams, establish AI governance, and drive thought leadership that positions the agency as an innovator in responsible AI use for marketing and design.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated experience applying AI to creative workflows, UX/UI design, digital marketing optimization, or content generation.
- • Strong understanding of LLMs, model orchestration, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent ecosystems.
- • Hands-on experience with data unification, analytics environments, and ML frameworks (Python, cloud AI services, analytics platforms).
- • Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams with both technical and creative talent.
- • Polished and persuasive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with a proven ability to simplify complexity for executives, clients and internal teams.
- • Deep commitment to ethical, transparent, and responsible AI use.
