This pivotal role is responsible for architecting, implementing, and continuously refining our AI strategy to ensure it delivers tangible and significant business value across all facets of the company. You will be the driving force behind our AI initiatives, owning the AI budget, establishing robust governance frameworks, and championing widespread adoption throughout the organization.
• • This is a unique hybrid role that demands both strategic foresight and operational execution. You will act as a visionary, an operator, and an evangelist for AI. Your primary responsibilities will include advocating for AI solutions, orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives, and building the essential operational infrastructure that empowers our teams to leverage AI capabilities at scale. While you will not be expected to develop AI models or write production code, a deep and nuanced understanding of modern AI's capabilities, limitations, and practical applications within real-world workflows is paramount. • • Collaborating closely with executive leadership to effectively translate high-level business priorities into actionable, AI-enabled opportunities that drive measurable growth and efficiency.
• • Strategically managing headcount planning and defining the hiring strategy for all AI-related teams, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• • Establishing and refining efficient processes for AI project intake, rigorous prioritization, and optimal resource allocation, ensuring our AI efforts are focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
• • Identifying, rigorously prioritizing, and accurately sizing high-impact AI use cases across all business units, from product development to customer support and operations.
• • Building and diligently managing all AI-related budgets, encompassing tooling, vendor relationships, experimentation initiatives, and crucial enablement programs.
• • Ensuring all strategic decisions are data-driven, supported by clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track progress and success.
• • Serving as a highly visible and influential AI champion across the entire organization, fostering a culture of innovation and AI literacy.
• • Translating complex AI concepts and technical jargon into clear, practical, and easily understandable language for non-technical audiences, while also being able to communicate business needs effectively to technical teams.
