📋 Description

• As Head of Americas-Field Marketing at Tenex.AI, you will build and lead the Americas field marketing organization from the ground up, starting with the existing event marketing team and scaling into a full regional function that drives pipeline and revenue across enterprise accounts.
• Day to day, you will partner with Sales leadership on territory planning and opportunity acceleration, plan and execute major industry events and executive engagement programs, develop ABM strategies for named enterprise accounts, manage regional budgets, and measure program performance through attribution and ROI to continuously optimize marketing spend.
• You will join a fast-growing, AI-native MDR cybersecurity startup backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Crosspoint Capital, and Shield Capital, where early employees help define culture and shape the company’s trajectory in a high-impact, low-bureaucracy environment.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a best-in-class field marketing function from zero, gain direct visibility into how your programs influence pipeline and revenue, and grow as a strategic leader in a scaling cybersecurity company with significant upside and meaningful ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years in field, regional, demand, or event marketing leadership roles
• Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue through field marketing programs
• Experience building and scaling marketing teams, programs, or functions in high-growth technology companies
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity buyers and purchasing motions; experience with MDR, SecOps, SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOAR, cloud security, or related markets strongly preferred
• Player-coach mindset with ability to execute personally while building a larger organization
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, attribution, and marketing analytics
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required for the role
