- • As the inaugural Head of Brand Events at Lovable Labs Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing a visionary owned event program designed to redefine how software is built. This pivotal role transcends traditional field marketing, focusing instead on profound brand building, community deepening, and fostering a vibrant culture around Lovable's innovative approach.
- • You will be the architect and leader of our user conference, intimate workshops, hands-on builder experiences, and unique, impactful moments that capture attention and convert attendees into passionate advocates. Your mission is to define Lovable's presence in the world, cultivating an engaging atmosphere, strengthening our community bonds, and transforming product appreciation into a powerful movement.
- • This position demands a unique blend of high creativity and meticulous operational execution. You will possess the ability to conceptualize an event's creative vision in the morning and expertly manage contractual negotiations in the afternoon, understanding that truly impactful brand events are transformative experiences, not merely logistical undertakings.
- • **Lovable’s Owned Event Program:** You will spearhead the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution for Lovable's entire portfolio of owned events. This includes conceptualizing and delivering our annual user conference, smaller-scale workshops, interactive builder showcases, and distinctive brand-defining moments that leave a lasting impression.
- • **Event Calendar and Portfolio Architecture:** Design a strategic event calendar and portfolio structure, defining the optimal formats, timing, target audiences, and underlying rationale for each event. Crucially, you will ensure each event strategically reinforces Lovable's brand identity and actively deepens community engagement.
- • **End-to-End Event Lifecycle Management:** Take full ownership of the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept development and detailed production planning to meticulous vendor sourcing and management, comprehensive budget oversight, creative direction, and rigorous post-event analysis to glean actionable insights.
- • **Scaling Community-Led Events:** Develop and implement a scalable programmatic approach for Lovable's community-led events, aiming to expand our global reach and empower our most dedicated users to become influential advocates.
- • **Workshops & Builder Experiences:** Design and scale Lovable's workshop program, focusing on creating hands-on, education-centric experiences that empower individuals to transition from curious newcomers to confident builders and, ultimately, to enthusiastic advocates for the platform.
- • **Curriculum and Facilitation Development:** Create diverse event formats, develop engaging curricula, and refine facilitation methodologies suitable for various audience sizes and settings, including intimate roundtables, city-specific workshops, virtual sessions, and in-depth large-scale deep-dives.
- • **Product and Marketing Alignment:** Collaborate closely with product and product marketing teams to ensure workshop content remains aligned with the product roadmap and effectively showcases new capabilities in a manner that drives tangible product usage and enhances user retention.
- • **Brand Experience & Creative Direction:** Establish a compelling creative vision for every Lovable event, meticulously overseeing environmental design, the attendee journey, production aesthetics, and all sensory elements to ensure our events are uniquely memorable and distinct.
- • **Visual Identity and Touchpoints:** Partner with brand and design teams to develop cohesive, distinctive, and campaign-worthy event visual identities, spatial designs, and both physical and digital touchpoints.
- • **One-Time Brand Moments:** Identify and architect unique, high-impact brand moments, unexpected activations, strategic cultural collaborations, or innovative pop-up experiences designed to generate significant earned media, widespread social amplification, and establish cultural relevance.
- • **Product Storytelling:** Work with product marketing to translate Lovable's product narrative into captivating onstage presentations, compelling demo moments, and engaging content experiences that resonate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Act as a central hub, fostering seamless collaboration between brand, product marketing, communications, growth, and design teams. Ensure unified alignment on event strategy and maximize the value and contribution of each function.
- • **Communications and PR Integration:** Partner with communications and PR teams to strategically embed news announcements, product launches, and customer success stories within event experiences to maximize their reach and impact.
- • **Enterprise Stakeholder Alignment:** Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to ensure brand events contribute to pipeline goals while preserving the essential community-first ethos that underpins their success.
- • **Scalable Event Infrastructure:** Develop and implement robust event infrastructure, including comprehensive playbooks, curated vendor rosters, detailed production timelines, standardized briefing templates, and effective measurement dashboards, to streamline and enhance the execution of future events.
