- • As Head of Category Management at SupplyHouse.com, you will provide strategic leadership for the Category Management function, overseeing category strategy, financial performance, vendor partnerships, and team development while reporting to the Vice President of Merchandising.
- • Day to day, you will develop long-term category vision, lead and mentor a team of Senior Category Managers and Category Managers, oversee assortment decisions and vendor partnerships, drive cross-category initiatives, own financial performance including revenue and margin targets, and partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to influence organizational priorities through data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Merchandising and product development
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
- • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and retail systems
- • Experience leading remote team members
- • Demonstrated success leading teams and driving strategic, financial, and operational outcomes
