- • As Head of Channel Strategy at Asana, you will define annual plans, in-year performance frameworks, and medium-term strategic priorities for Asana’s global Channel business, ensuring alignment with broader GTM strategy and driving predictable, scalable growth.
- • You will own strategic planning, forecasting, and performance frameworks for the Channel element of the Revenue organization, partnering with Channel Leadership, Regional GMs, Finance, and Revenue Strategy to translate company objectives into actionable Channel plans.
- • Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Strategy with one direct report, you will operate in a hybrid role based in Chicago with standard in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, supporting Asana’s office-centric culture.
- • You will lead annual planning, forecasting, and performance governance for the Channel business, define strategic direction including partner segmentation, coverage models, incentive design, capacity planning, and regional expansion, and coach a team to foster collaboration and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles within a SaaS enterprise environment with a focus on Channel
- • Experience leading or significantly contributing to annual planning, forecasting, or performance management processes for a revenue organization
- • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
- • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence decision-making
- • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
