📋 Description

• • As Head of Compliance & MLRO for Eurasia at OKX Technology Services Pte. Ltd., you will lead the development and execution of a robust compliance framework critical to the company’s mission of enabling secure, regulated access to crypto markets across the CIS region. This role is pivotal in ensuring OKX meets global regulatory standards while supporting its vision of financial freedom through responsible innovation.
• • You will serve as the primary liaison with regulators, design and implement AML/CFT policies, oversee transaction monitoring and sanctions screening, manage SAR assessments, and build a compliance culture through training and leadership. You will also advise senior management on regulatory developments, prepare Board-level reports, and ensure compliance obligations are met with appropriate resourcing and governance.
