• • As Head of Content Design at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be the definitive voice of the brand, responsible for transforming transactional customer communications into empathetic, relationship-driven messaging that builds trust and long-term engagement in the car ownership journey.
• • Day to day, you will overhaul CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy; craft campaigns and product positioning; engage with communities like Reddit; and collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to shape brand voice and organic go-to-market strategy.
• • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, growth-stage B2C startup that has scaled to 5M customers and $240M+ in funding by simplifying car ownership through its AI-powered super app, operating in a $2T U.S. market with a mission to make car ownership accessible and less stressful.
• • In this role, you will build a brand playbook from scratch with the CEO, develop expertise in emotionally resonant messaging for ‘dry’ topics like insurance and maintenance, and have the opportunity to lead creative initiatives such as high-impact campaigns and eventually build a team to manage organic GTM and social presence.
