• • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational tasks. You will be tasked with shaping and owning Redgate’s overarching corporate development and M&A strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's ambitious growth objectives. A core part of your function will involve proactively building and meticulously managing a robust pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities, requiring keen market insight and proactive outreach. You will lead the end-to-end deal execution process, which includes conducting thorough valuations, managing complex due diligence, and ensuring the successful delivery of transactions. This will involve close collaboration with internal teams across various departments—including finance, legal, product, and engineering—as well as external advisors, to rigorously assess the strategic, financial, product, and cultural fit of potential targets. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting post-acquisition integration efforts, ensuring that newly acquired teams and products can seamlessly and successfully integrate into the Redgate ecosystem, fostering their growth and maximizing their contribution. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing critical insights on market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential avenues for inorganic growth.
