📋 Description

• Lead the Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team and strategy to support Scaleway’s expansion and ensure the highest standards of security, maintaining international certifications such as ISO 27001, HDS, and SecNumCloud qualification.
• Define and implement the Cyber GRC strategy, aligning security goals with business objectives; manage the GRC team of 4 individual contributors and growing; oversee compliance programs, risk assessments, audit coordination, and security policy development.
• Work within the IT department, reporting to the CISO/CIO, collaborating closely with SOC-CSIRT, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to integrate risk management and compliance into technical and operational processes.
• Foster a security-aware culture through training and workshops; drive cross-functional improvements in security governance and internal controls; monitor regulatory landscape including NIS2; report on GRC metrics and security posture to leadership and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 framework implementation and certification maintenance
• Proficiency in risk management methodologies (e.g., EBIOS RM, NIST)
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of ANSSI qualification framework (SecNumCloud, PRIS, PASSI, PDIS, etc.)
• Fluency in both French and English
