- • Lead iwoca's data science function, building probabilistic and statistical models that power real-time lending decisions and drive AI adoption across the business.
- • Shape technical strategy, influence cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and commercial teams, and ensure AI is applied effectively and responsibly.
- • Develop and grow a team of approximately 25 data scientists through coaching, hiring, and setting clear standards for performance and innovation.
- • Drive measurable impact by aligning data science initiatives with business goals, identifying high-value opportunities, and translating complex insights into action for senior stakeholders.
