- • Lead the Data Science function for Socure’s Identity & Compliance products, driving AI-powered solutions for KYC, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance at global scale.
- • Own and execute the data science vision, including building and scaling a high-performing team, architecting advanced ML and graph-based systems, and deploying agent-driven AI for automated decisioning and compliance workflows.
- • Join a mission-driven team at Socure, building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy by verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts.
- • Shape the future of digital identity through innovation in graph neural networks, autonomous agents, and multimodal AI, while gaining executive visibility and thought leadership opportunities in applied AI and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced degree (MS/PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- • 10+ years of experience in data science and machine learning with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems at scale.
- • Significant experience in identity verification, KYC/AML, fraud detection, or risk modeling in fintech or adjacent domains.
- • Proven leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing data science teams.
- • Deep expertise in modern ML techniques including deep learning, graph neural networks (GNNs), entity resolution, and large-scale data systems.
- • Strong experience with agentic system design, including orchestration frameworks and real-world deployment of autonomous or human-in-the-loop agents.
