• • As Head of Decision Intelligence at Deepgram, you will build the Intelligence Layer—a system of autonomous agents that monitor, reason, and act on data to drive NRR and operational excellence, treating data as a product and agents as the primary interface.
• • You will architect and deploy AI-augmented intelligence systems that go beyond static dashboards, co-evolve the data stack with engineering, leverage internal voice AI to turn audio into queryable insights, act as the primary data partner to the CEO and Board, and recruit and lead a lean, elite team of AI-native engineers.
