📋 Description
- • Lead and oversee multiple engineering squads executing a large-scale digital modernization initiative for international clients in the United States and Europe.
- • Provide technical guidance and hands-on leadership on .NET backend systems, Angular frontend applications, microservices architecture, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- • Collaborate directly with internal client leadership and Oowlish team members to ensure alignment on delivery goals, technical execution, and quality standards across all workstreams.
- • Drive the adoption and integration of AI-assisted development workflows to enhance engineering productivity and code quality.
- • Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones to ensure consistent and high-quality output across concurrent engineering teams.
- • Act as a bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- • Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture within squads by promoting best practices in code review, testing, and continuous integration.
- • Support the professional growth of engineers through mentorship, feedback, and career development conversations aligned with Oowlish’s Great Place to Work certification.
- • Ensure all delivery activities adhere to international standards for security, scalability, and maintainability in cloud-native environments.
- • Participate in client demos, sprint reviews, and technical planning sessions to maintain transparency and trust in delivery outcomes.
- • Identify and mitigate technical risks across projects, proposing proactive solutions to prevent delays or quality degradation.
- • Maintain deep involvement in the technical stack — including .NET, Angular, and AI-enhanced tooling — while transitioning from individual contributor to strategic delivery leadership.
- • Champion remote collaboration best practices across time zones, ensuring effective communication and cohesion among distributed engineering teams.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Oowlish’s delivery methodologies, tooling, and engineering standards based on real-world project feedback.
- • Maintain fluency in English to facilitate seamless communication with U.S. and European clients and internal stakeholders.

- • Proven experience as an Engineering Delivery Lead or similar role overseeing multiple engineering squads on complex modernization projects
- • Hands-on technical expertise in .NET, Angular, microservices architecture, and cloud-based systems
- • Demonstrated experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows in production environments
- • Fluency in English for effective communication with international clients and teams
- • Strong track record of delivering high-quality software on time in remote, cross-cultural settings
- • Experience mentoring engineers and fostering high-performing, collaborative team cultures
