- • As the Head of Demand Generation at Latamcent, you will be instrumental in architecting and executing a robust demand generation strategy that fuels our growth engine. This pivotal role is responsible for the entire marketing funnel, from initial brand awareness through to the acquisition of high-quality leads that translate directly into revenue. You will be the driving force behind our data-driven approach, meticulously managing and optimizing initiatives across search engine optimization (SEO), paid media channels, and strategic partner collaborations.
- • Your core mission will involve overseeing our content strategy, meticulously managing advertising expenditures, continuously refining our funnel optimization processes, and leveraging marketing analytics to ensure that all growth initiatives deliver a demonstrable and impactful return on investment (ROI). This is a hands-on leadership position where strategic thinking meets tactical execution, requiring a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and a passion for measurable results.
- • **Content Strategy for SEO & GEO (AI Engines):** You will develop and implement a sophisticated, keyword-driven content strategy that is precisely tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) search keywords and the evolving behavior of AI engines. This involves overseeing the end-to-end production of high-impact content assets, including insightful blog posts, compelling landing pages designed for conversion, and persuasive case studies. Each piece of content will be meticulously optimized for organic traffic acquisition and lead conversion, with a relentless focus on improving our domain authority, enhancing search visibility, and boosting on-page SEO performance. Continuous improvement will be driven through rigorous A/B testing, advanced schema optimization techniques, and strategic internal linking. You will be responsible for closely monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as keyword rankings and the crucial traffic-to-MQL conversion rates.
- • **Paid Media (Google Ads & Paid Social):** This role commands ownership of all paid search campaigns, encompassing Google Ads, Display, and YouTube. You will be responsible for every facet, from precise keyword targeting and sophisticated bid strategies to aggressive conversion optimization. Furthermore, you will manage paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with the objective of maximizing brand awareness, fostering engagement, and driving conversions throughout the entire marketing funnel. Continuous optimization of campaign structures, audience targeting, creative assets, and landing page experiences will be paramount to achieving superior ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and maintaining an efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). You will also be tasked with maintaining monthly advertising spend budgets, ensuring accurate pacing, and delivering comprehensive performance reports.
- • **Partner Marketing:** You will spearhead the development and management of impactful co-marketing programs in collaboration with our strategic partners, agencies, and key vendors. This includes coordinating joint webinars that showcase our expertise, developing joint case studies that highlight successful collaborations, and implementing effective referral programs designed to generate a steady stream of partner-sourced leads. Maintaining clear visibility into partner engagement levels and ensuring accurate attribution within our HubSpot and CRM systems will be critical to the success of these initiatives.
- • **Funnel Management & HubSpot Operations:** You will take full ownership of our HubSpot marketing automation platform and its reporting capabilities, overseeing all aspects across every stage of the customer lifecycle. This involves designing and optimizing sophisticated nurture sequences, implementing effective lead scoring models, and refining pipeline workflows to ensure seamless lead progression. Close collaboration with the Sales team is essential to align on lead quality definitions, establish optimal follow-up cadences, and ensure accurate attribution tracking. Your reporting will focus on key funnel performance KPIs, including MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, cost per lead, and overall marketing ROI.
- • **Key Goals & Metrics:** Your success will be measured by ambitious yet achievable goals, including a 10% Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) increase in MQL volume while rigorously maintaining defined lead quality thresholds. You will be tasked with achieving our target CAC to payback ratio for all paid channels and driving significant growth in SEO traffic, measured by sessions, keyword rankings, and backlink acquisition within our target verticals. Furthermore, you will aim to increase the volume of partner-sourced opportunities and expand our co-marketing engagements.
- • This Director-level position reports directly to the CEO, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of Latamcent's growth trajectory and make a significant impact on the company's success.
