• • As the Head of Design at Nooks Platform Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the visual and interactive future of our AI Sales Assistant Platform (ASAP). This pivotal role demands a visionary leader who can not only define the overarching design strategy but also roll up their sleeves and execute it across the entire product suite. You will be the guardian of user experience, ensuring that Nooks remains intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and perfectly aligned with the intricate workflows of modern revenue teams.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to establish and champion the design vision for Nooks. This involves creating a cohesive and compelling user experience that spans all aspects of the platform, from initial user onboarding to advanced feature utilization. You will be tasked with translating complex AI capabilities and sales workflows into elegant, user-friendly interfaces that empower sales representatives to focus on what they do best: selling.
• • This role is inherently strategic and hands-on. You will set the design direction for the company, influencing product strategy and user-centricity at every level. Simultaneously, you will be deeply involved in the granular details of product design, ensuring that every pixel and interaction contributes to a seamless and effective user journey. Your ability to balance high-level vision with meticulous execution will be key to your success.
• • You will lead and cultivate a small but growing design team. This includes recruiting top-tier product designers, mentoring them to foster their professional growth, and building a collaborative and innovative design culture. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing the systems, processes, and standards that will enable the design function to scale effectively as Nooks continues its rapid growth.
• • A significant part of your role will involve close collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams. You will be a key partner in shaping the product roadmap, providing critical design insights that drive the development of high-impact features. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts and user needs into actionable design solutions will be paramount.
• • You will be responsible for the end-to-end product experience. This encompasses the entire design lifecycle, from the initial stages of user research and concept development through to the final polished execution of features. You will ensure that user feedback and real-world customer workflows are at the forefront of every design decision.
• • Building scalable design systems will be a core deliverable. You will establish and maintain robust design systems that promote consistency, efficiency, and velocity across the product. This will ensure a unified brand experience and accelerate the design and development process.
