• • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the global product experience standard and establishing a cohesive visual language across all our platforms. This includes the critical task of building and maintaining a robust, cross-platform Design System that will govern our App, Web, and Desktop interfaces.
• • A key focus will be on designing and implementing innovative AI-native interaction paradigms. This involves exploring and creating intuitive user experiences for AI agents, intent-based workflows, and sophisticated multi-turn dialogues, ensuring our products are at the cutting edge of AI interaction.
• • You will lead the information architecture and define the core interaction frameworks for our products, consistently delivering high-quality, high-fidelity design specifications that translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
• • As the design quality gatekeeper, you will meticulously review and elevate the deliverables produced by our China-based design team. Your oversight will ensure that all design outputs meet and exceed international state-of-the-art (SOTA) standards, maintaining a consistent and exceptional level of quality worldwide.
• • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in establishing effective cross-cultural and asynchronous collaboration processes. This is crucial for enabling scalable, consistent, and high-quality design execution across our globally distributed teams, fostering a unified design vision.
• • This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in UI/UX design, specifically with experience in launching real products in North American or European markets. You must demonstrate a strong ability to build comprehensive Design Systems, define compelling visual languages, and create sophisticated multi-platform interaction frameworks.
• • Essential to this position is significant experience in AI product interaction, including areas such as AI agents, conversational UX, intent modeling, and AI workflows. Your deep product thinking capabilities will be vital for articulating design rationale, framing complex problems, and guiding end-to-end decision-making processes.
