- • Lead and grow Heidi’s North America engineering team, setting technical direction, standards, and culture while serving as the technical voice for NA in global product and engineering discussions.
- • Partner with Regional PM to translate NA market needs into product requirements, drive forward-deployed engineering with enterprise health system customers, and own enterprise deployment reliability and integration performance.
- • Recruit and develop world-class engineering talent from the San Francisco AI ecosystem, build capability across agentic and revenue cycle engineering squads, and own Commercial Time to Market by tying engineering output to pipeline conversion and customer expansion.
- • Work in-office in San Francisco with significant timezone collaboration with Australia-based teams, reporting directly to the President of North America while influencing global platform architecture and roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
- • Technically credible engineering leader with proven experience recruiting and leading high-performing distributed teams while remaining a hands-on technical contributor capable of architecture reviews and setting standards.
- • Proven experience with forward-deployed or professional services engineering in a regulated enterprise environment; healthcare or clinical technology experience is a strong plus.
- • Deep familiarity with AI agents and complex enterprise integrations in regulated or high reliability environments.
- • Ability to communicate fluently in both product and engineering languages to earn trust with leadership across geographies.
- • Bias for velocity paired with the discipline enterprise healthcare demands.
