- • This leadership role is instrumental in transforming our current marketing channels from testing phases into a fully operational engine designed to scale PhotoRoom's B2B business from $5 million to over $30 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within the next 18 months, with a long-term vision of reaching $100 million ARR. You will be pivotal in establishing PhotoRoom as the undisputed leader in imaging solutions for e-commerce companies of all sizes.
- • Your mission will be to drive the go-to-market strategy and execute growth marketing initiatives for our sales-enabled, large enterprise business. This involves consistently delivering a high-quality pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), providing essential sales enablement resources, and contributing to broader marketing and brand initiatives. You will be the architect of our enterprise marketing machine, building upon recent successes with clients like Wolt and Poshmark, and accelerating our marketing investment to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational marketing functions:
- • **Product Marketing & Sales Enablement:** You will refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), develop compelling positioning, create industry-specific customer pages, and equip our sales team with essential assets, including impactful case studies. While a dedicated team member is in place for this area, you will provide strategic direction and oversight.
- • **Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Events:** Design and execute sophisticated ABM strategies targeting key enterprise accounts. This includes leveraging both owned and third-party events, working in close collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize impact. You will be instrumental in hiring the necessary talent for this critical function.
- • **Demand Generation:** Drive top-of-funnel growth through strategic content marketing and targeted paid acquisition campaigns. You will oversee the planned expansion of our growth marketing headcount to support these efforts.
- • **Product-Led Growth (PLG) & Sales Assist:** Develop and nurture pipeline by identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience for leads testing our product. You will also drive other product-related growth initiatives, working closely with a dotted line report within the growth team.
- • **Measurement & Operations:** Partner with our Revenue Operations team to establish robust scoring models, optimize funnel performance, implement comprehensive reporting, and drive other critical RevOps initiatives. Your analytical prowess will be key to understanding and improving marketing effectiveness.
- • **Team Building & Leadership:** Recruit, mentor, and inspire a lean, high-performing Go-To-Market (GTM) squad. You will foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, ensuring the team is aligned with both sales-enabled objectives and broader Growth & Marketing team goals.
- • This role demands a leader who can translate strategic vision into tangible results, build and scale marketing functions, and drive significant revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and other growth and marketing teams to achieve our ambitious objectives. You will be responsible for enterprise-focused account-based marketing, events, growth marketing, product-led growth, and thought leadership, ensuring a cohesive and powerful B2B marketing engine.
