- • Lead the enterprise marketing function at PhotoRoom SAS, a fast-growing visual AI company serving 300+ million users and processing over 5 billion images annually, to scale B2B revenue from $5M to $30M+ ARR in 18 months and establish market leadership in imaging solutions for e-commerce.
- • Drive go-to-market strategy and execution across account-based marketing, demand generation, product-led growth, sales enablement, events, and measurement, collaborating closely with sales, product, revenue operations, and leadership teams to build a high-quality sales-qualified lead pipeline.
- • Join a remote-friendly, mission-driven team of 100+ builders headquartered in Paris with hubs across Europe and the U.S., backed by Y Combinator and Series B funding, focused on innovation, craft, and collaboration to empower e-commerce businesses globally.
- • Build and coach a lean GTM squad, hire and develop talent, define ICPs and positioning, create sales enablement assets, optimize funnel performance, and contribute to brand and product-led growth initiatives while gaining deep expertise in scaling enterprise SaaS marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8-10+ years of experience in B2B growth or marketing with a proven track record of scaling enterprise marketing and driving 2x+ ARR growth.
- • Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership, aligning sales, product, revenue operations, and creative teams on account goals, messaging, and pipeline targets.
- • Expertise in data-driven marketing, including setting KPIs, measuring ABM and event performance, optimizing channels, and tying marketing activities directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- • Experience building or scaling B2B demand engines across both product-led growth and sales-led motions, with familiarity in PLG loops and enterprise SaaS growth.
- • Background in demand generation, account-based marketing, events, and product marketing, including developing ICPs, positioning, customer industry pages, and sales enablement assets.
