- • As Head of Event Organizer Partnerships at Vendelux, you will drive the company’s growth in EMEA by building and scaling strategic relationships with event organizers, serving as a critical link between partnerships, customer success, marketing, finance, data, and product teams.
- • You will own the full lifecycle of new business opportunities with event organizers—from initial outreach and qualification to closing deals—while maintaining a strong pipeline and developing long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- • Vendelux is a Series A SaaS company transforming event marketing through an AI-powered platform that provides data-driven insights across 250,000+ events, backed by FirstMark and experienced leaders from Bain, ZoomInfo, Airbnb, and more.
- • In this role, you will shape Vendelux’s go-to-market strategy in EMEA, influence product development through customer feedback, represent the company at industry events, and gain deep experience in scaling partnerships within a fast-growing, data-centric startup.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy & operations, consulting, or a similar analytical/operational role
- • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- • Comfortable pitching to mid-market and enterprise clients
- • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and navigate complex conversations
- • Self-starter mentality — comfortable owning your number and your process
- • Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage or scaling environments
