  • • As Head of Field Marketing at Socure Inc., you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s event marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth by creating high-impact, measurable experiences that align with Socure’s mission to build identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy.
  • • You will be accountable for elevating event quality, innovating formats, and mentoring a team of event specialists to ensure seamless delivery of tradeshows, conferences, executive programs, and virtual events that resonate with target audiences and support cross-functional business objectives.
  • • You will develop and oversee comprehensive event strategies tied to business goals, product launches, and marketing campaigns, ensuring every event is strategically designed to maximize ROI and reinforce Socure’s position as a leader in identity verification and fraud prevention.
  • • You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of event specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and ownership, while providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities to elevate team capabilities and engagement.
  • • You will guide the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of a diverse portfolio of events — including in-person tradeshows, industry conferences, executive roundtables, and immersive virtual experiences — managing logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and on-site execution to deliver flawless attendee experiences.
  • • You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to ensure event messaging, assets, and branding are compelling, consistent, and tailored to specific audience segments, maximizing engagement and conversion potential.
  • • You will establish and track KPIs for all events, leveraging data analytics to measure performance, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize strategies to demonstrate clear ROI and inform future investments.
  • • You will conduct ongoing research into industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving audience needs to inform innovative event positioning and ensure Socure remains at the forefront of event marketing innovation.
  • • You will champion the adoption of new event formats, emerging technologies (such as hybrid platforms, AI-driven personalization, and immersive tech), and creative approaches to keep Socure’s event programs fresh, differentiated, and ahead of market expectations.
  • • You will ensure strict adherence to Socure’s brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific standards) across all event touchpoints, safeguarding brand integrity and legal compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • • 10-15+ years of progressive experience in event marketing or event management, with a proven track record of leading integrated event programs, managing substantial budgets independently, and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • • Demonstrated expertise in event strategy, end-to-end logistics, vendor negotiation and management, and seamless cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams.
  • • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives under tight timelines and evolving priorities.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to craft persuasive event narratives, guide content development, and present insights to executive audiences.
  • • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting event data, generating insights, and using metrics to inform strategy, optimize performance, and demonstrate ROI.
  • • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with experience mentoring and growing talent in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • • Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving attitude, coupled with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving innovation in dynamic markets.
  • • Proficiency with industry-standard event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, Hopin), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and digital collaboration suites (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
