- • As Head of Field Operations at WorkWhile Inc., you will own the execution and quality of on-site shift leads across enterprise accounts in warehousing, events, and retail, directly impacting client retention and revenue by ensuring reliable, high-quality workforce deployment.
- • You will manage a distributed team of Field Operations Managers across TriState, Mid-West, and West Coast markets, overseeing shift lead performance, account health, incident resolution, and commercial accountability while building scalable systems and AI-enabled tools to optimize operations without increasing headcount.
- • You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Account Management, and Finance to define when AI should automate tasks like clock-in anomaly detection and performance scoring, and where human judgment is essential for client escalations and relationship management.
- • You will develop standardized talent models for shift leads, including qualification, onboarding, performance scoring, and retention strategies, while driving proactive account health reporting and shaping the long-term scalability of WorkWhile’s field operations function.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in field operations, workforce management, or staffing, with experience managing distributed teams across multiple accounts and verticals
- • Demonstrated track record owning account health and on-site quality at scale
- • Experience thinking about the commercial implications of operational decisions, including how deployment choices affect margin and client value
- • Fluent in data: ability to use dashboards to identify problems early and drive proactive improvements
- • Strong client communication skills, including managing difficult conversations with diverse stakeholders
- • Comfortable building structure and processes in ambiguous, high-growth environments where little exists today
