- • As Head of Finance at Vendpark Inc., you will serve as the guardian of trust and architect of financial infrastructure, transforming the founder-led finance function into a scalable, high-velocity engine that supports the company’s growth from Series A onwards. You will own critical financial operations, ensure precision in partner payments, and translate financial data into strategic insights that drive bold decisions in the boardroom.
- • Day to day, you will project-manage the migration of banking infrastructure to Stripe, ensuring seamless capital flow transitions; implement rigorous AP/AR approval workflows to enforce cash discipline and optimize burn rate; personally oversee and verify payments to real estate owners using a zero-defect mentality, leveraging AI tools to triple-check accuracy before funds are disbursed; manage lender relationships and debt facilities, monitoring covenants and treasury strategy; lead the billing and reporting team to deliver fast, accurate, and transparent client statements; collaborate directly with Engineering to embed financial automation into product design; and mentor and grow your team as a player-coach who sets high standards for excellence.
- • Vendpark Inc. is a fast-moving, high-ownership team building AI-powered digital infrastructure for commercial real estate parking, having scaled to 23 cities and partnered with industry leaders like Nuveen, Jamestown, and Federal Realty in under two years. The company operates with minimal bureaucracy, where decisions move fast and solutions ship quickly, and you will work directly with the COO and Founders, taking over financial leadership from the COO in a supportive environment that values deep ownership and impact.
- • In this role, you will build systems that support 10x growth by replacing manual processes with automated, scalable financial infrastructure; develop expertise in treasury management, loan covenants, and AI-augmented financial auditing; strengthen your ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives for investors and leadership; and grow as a leader who mentors teams while maintaining obsessive standards for accuracy, trust, and operational excellence—all while shaping the financial nervous system of a company redefining how parking is managed and monetized.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading finance functions in high-growth, early-stage companies, preferably in SaaS, proptech, or technology-driven industries, with a track record of scaling financial operations from founder-led to institutional-grade systems.
- • Deep expertise in treasury management, banking relationships, loan covenants, and capital structure optimization, including hands-on experience managing debt facilities and implementing payment infrastructure migrations (e.g., to Stripe or similar platforms).
- • Strong background in billing, accounts payable/receivable, and partner settlement processes, with a zero-defect mindset and experience using automation or AI tools to ensure accuracy in financial disbursements and reporting.
- • Demonstrated ability to partner with Engineering and Product teams to embed financial workflows into product design and drive automation of financial flows.
- • Exceptional communication skills, with proven experience preparing board materials and translating complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives for investors, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Leadership experience managing and mentoring finance teams, with a player-coach mindset that fosters high standards, accountability, and team growth.
