📋 Description

• • As Head of Finance at Foundation Healthcare, LLC, you will serve as the strategic financial leader responsible for building and scaling the finance function from the ground up in a high-growth, remote-first US startup environment. You will translate capital and momentum into strategic growth, ensuring resources are deployed with precision to support the company’s mission of transforming healthcare through an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform.
• • Day to day, you will own financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning; oversee accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow; produce monthly board packs and financial reports; manage tax compliance; build financial controls and risk frameworks; drive capital allocation decisions; and partner directly with the CEO on fundraising, pricing, deal structuring, and strategic initiatives such as partnerships and market expansion.
