• • We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally adept Head of Finance to spearhead the development, leadership, and sustainable scaling of our finance function. This pivotal role will encompass both the overarching Infinity Constellation entity and its rapidly expanding portfolio of AI-native B2B services companies. The Head of Finance will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy, overseeing capital planning, managing board reporting, and directing capital allocation across the platform.
• • A core responsibility will be to direct and manage multi-entity financial planning and analysis (FP&A). You will work in close partnership with our Founder-CEOs, ensuring strict adherence to all finance and accounting standards while maintaining a sharp focus on driving disciplined and sustainable growth. This role inherits an established financial foundation and will be tasked with scaling it, as well as building a high-performance finance team, including dedicated FP&A analysts.
• • **Strategic Finance & Capital Allocation:** You will lead the critical annual planning process and quarterly re-forecasting initiatives across all Business Units (BUs) and the Infinity Constellation parent company. This involves collaborating closely with BU CEOs to meticulously calibrate operating plans and investment levels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. A key function will be to drive rigorous variance analysis and quarterly performance recalibration. You will be responsible for reporting on key business metrics relevant to individual BUs, as well as to the consolidated portfolio management team. Furthermore, you will direct the strategic allocation of capital across the portfolio, making data-driven decisions based on performance metrics and evolving strategic priorities.
• • **Executive, Board, and Investor Leadership:** This role demands ownership of all board reporting, including the preparation of comprehensive financial materials. You will lead the charge in preparing for investor financial diligence and will manage ongoing investor relations priorities. Crucially, you will provide essential support for fundraising initiatives, leveraging your experience to navigate growth-stage financing rounds. A consistent delivery of week-over-week and month-over-month reporting on key financial and operational metrics will be expected.
• • **Consolidation & Financial Oversight:** You will direct and oversee the complex process of consolidated financial reporting across multiple legal entities. This includes managing intricate intercompany structures and capital flows to ensure accuracy and efficiency. A paramount responsibility is ensuring full compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and establishing robust financial controls across both Infinity Constellation and its subsidiary Business Units.
• • **Team Leadership:** You will be responsible for building and managing the strategic and financial planning & analysis functions. This involves establishing a scalable finance infrastructure, encompassing systems, reporting mechanisms, and automation. A significant aspect of this role will be collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement a long-term finance technology stack strategy.
• • **AI & Automation Integration:** A unique and forward-thinking element of this role involves integrating automation and AI-driven workflows into our finance operations. You will bring a deep and informed perspective on how to effectively run a finance function leveraging AI agents alongside human expertise. Driving enhanced data transparency across the entire platform will be a key objective, ensuring that insights are readily accessible and actionable.
• • Success in this role will be measured by the establishment of a rigorous, data-driven, and founder-aligned annual planning process. We expect the finance function to operate on first principles, bringing analytical rigor to innovative fields. Capital allocation decisions must be disciplined and transparent. Consolidated reporting needs to be reliable, scalable, and delivered promptly.
