• • As Head of Go-To-Market at Qodeworld, you will lead the US expansion strategy for an AI-native hiring platform that is disrupting a $650B global recruitment industry still reliant on outdated processes. This individual contributor role is pivotal in owning the end-to-end GTM motion — from market entry and customer acquisition to revenue generation and brand positioning — for a product already proven in enterprise, government, and BPO environments.
• • Day to day, you will design and execute the US go-to-market strategy, including defining ideal customer profiles, building sales and marketing motions, establishing partnerships, managing early-stage customer acquisition, and collaborating directly with founders to refine product-market fit. You will own pipeline development, lead outreach campaigns, negotiate enterprise deals, and use customer feedback to iterate on positioning and pricing — all while operating with high autonomy in a remote-first setup based in New York or San Francisco.
