You will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive suite of inbound and outbound demand generation initiatives. This includes developing and nurturing scalable growth systems that can adapt to a rapidly evolving market. A key aspect of this role will be leveraging the power of AI and data analytics to continuously optimize campaign performance, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure maximum return on investment.

Building a deep understanding of our target audiences, with a particular focus on the HR and Learning & Development (L&D) buyer segments, will be essential for crafting resonant and effective campaigns.
