  • • Your primary mission as Head of Growth will be to architect, implement, and scale a world-class growth system. This system will be meticulously designed to drive significant improvements in acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You will achieve this through a rigorous, data-driven approach centered on structured experimentation and strategic leadership. While our individual products may already exhibit promising traction, your pivotal role is to transform this growth into a predictable, scalable, and sustainable competitive advantage for Ruby Labs.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing growth organization. This team will comprise top-tier talent specializing in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), broader growth strategies, lifecycle marketing, and user research. Operating within a fast-paced, 100% remote environment, our team thrives on high talent density and a strong culture of ownership. As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for setting the highest standards, developing scalable processes, and ensuring seamless alignment across all growth-related functions, particularly during critical scaling phases.
  • • Key responsibilities include leading experimentation and product growth initiatives across our diverse portfolio of Ruby Labs products. This involves designing, managing, and scaling high-impact testing and optimization programs that directly contribute to user acquisition and engagement.
  • • You will define and institutionalize a comprehensive, company-wide experimentation framework. This framework will encompass the entire lifecycle of an experiment, from hypothesis generation and prioritization to meticulous test design, rigorous validation, and effective knowledge management, ensuring learnings are captured and disseminated.
  • • Establishing structured growth roadmaps will be a core part of your role. These roadmaps must be tightly aligned with overarching company objectives, the specific lifecycle stage of each product, and emerging market opportunities, ensuring strategic focus and resource allocation.
  • • You will oversee the CRO, growth, lifecycle, and research functions, ensuring a consistent velocity of testing and demonstrably measurable impact on key business metrics.
  • • A critical aspect of your role is to ensure statistical rigor, data integrity, and methodological excellence across all experiments conducted by the teams. This commitment to quality will underpin the reliability of our growth insights.
  • • Maintaining exceptionally high quality standards for all tests is paramount. This includes a keen attention to detail in user experience (UX), visual design, messaging clarity, and unwavering brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • • You will apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to diagnose performance issues, identify root causes, and design effective, data-informed growth solutions.
  • • Translating complex data insights, qualitative user research findings, and detailed behavioral analytics into well-designed, high-quality experimentation initiatives will be a key function.
  • • Continuously analyzing and reporting on key growth and unit economics metrics is essential. This includes metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), retention curves, and conversion rates, providing a holistic view of business health.
  • • Establishing best practices for experiment documentation, robust learning management systems, and effective institutional knowledge sharing will ensure that insights are leveraged across the organization.
  • • Fostering a culture of structured experimentation, craftsmanship, and high performance across all growth teams is vital for sustained success.
  • • You will regularly present key insights, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team, influencing strategic decision-making.
