- • As Head of Growth & Acquisition at Lucis Technologies, Inc., you will own all paid customer acquisition to turn the brand into scalable growth, directly contributing to the mission of making preventive health the default for every human in Europe by building the OS for human longevity.
- • Day to day, you will manage paid channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic; develop performance creative strategy and testing infrastructure; optimize CAC across France, UK, Germany, and Spain; build attribution and acquisition analytics; grow the referral program in partnership with the Lifecycle Lead; and hire and lead the first media buying hire within six months.
- • Lucis Technologies is a mission-driven company building the operating system for human longevity, headquartered in Paris with a culture of radical ownership, velocity over perfection, and rigor without ego, where AI agents empower every team to automate low-value work and focus on high-impact initiatives.
- • In this role, you will scale monthly paid spend from €50K to €150K+ with CAC ≤ €85, launch the UK market on paid by May 2026 at CAC ≤ €90, establish a creative testing engine producing 20+ new creatives monthly with sub-48h launch velocity, and build an attribution framework that accurately reflects cross-channel reality — all while developing expertise in European DTC and subscription growth and leadership in performance marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Personally managed at least €100K+/month in paid media with minimum experience in Meta and Google platforms
- • Proven experience scaling DTC or subscription acquisition in Europe, with deep understanding of what works in the EU market
- • Ability to build dashboards and work directly in ad platforms — strategy must be paired with hands-on execution
