- • SentiLink Corporation is at the forefront of revolutionizing identity verification and risk solutions, aiming to replace outdated, inefficient, and costly systems with technology that is ten times faster, smarter, and more accurate. As the Head of Growth & Advisor Network Strategy, you will be instrumental in driving this mission forward by owning and executing the company's growth engine. This pivotal role is designed to accelerate pipeline, revenue, and market expansion across both established and emerging market segments, ensuring SentiLink continues its rapid trajectory of success. You will be a key player in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with teams dedicated to demand generation, product marketing, content creation, event management, and growth operations, while also forging strong partnerships with Sales, Product, and Data Science departments.
- • In this hands-on role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive ownership and strategic direction of SentiLink’s growth initiatives. This includes architecting and implementing end-to-end growth strategies that focus on generating demand, building a robust pipeline, and accelerating revenue streams. You will be tasked with building and scaling a predictable, high-return on investment (ROI) pipeline engine that leverages a diverse array of channels, including digital marketing, industry events, strategic partnerships, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and both outbound and inbound sales efforts. A significant part of your role will involve leading and coordinating cross-functional growth initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, fraud intelligence, the advisory group, and other vital teams. You will work in close alignment with Sales leadership to define and achieve pipeline targets, refine segmentation strategies, and optimize conversion rates throughout the sales funnel. Furthermore, you will be responsible for crafting compelling positioning and personalized messaging that resonates deeply with our target audience, stemming from a profound understanding of the challenges and pain points associated with fraud, identity verification, and financial services.
- • A core aspect of your function will be to translate complex data, intricate analytics, and sophisticated product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and impactful thought leadership content. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement by owning experimentation and performance optimization across the entire customer funnel, relentlessly seeking ways to enhance Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI. To ensure transparency and informed decision-making, you will build scalable reporting frameworks to meticulously track performance, accurately attribute impact to various initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to guide investment decisions. Your collaborative spirit will be essential as you work closely with Product, Data Science, Fraud Intelligence, and Solutions teams to ensure the successful go-to-market introduction of new capabilities and product enhancements.
- • This role is ideally suited for a growth leader who is deeply data-driven, possesses a creative mindset, and thrives in complex B2B environments, particularly within the fraud, identity, or financial services sectors. You must possess the acumen to translate highly technical products into effective, high-performing go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and build high-performing marketing or growth teams, demonstrating strong analytical skills and a deep-seated experience in leveraging data to inform strategy, drive experimentation, and make critical decisions. Exceptional communication skills are paramount, enabling you to translate intricate technical concepts into persuasive narratives and impactful campaigns. You should be adept at managing multi-channel growth strategies, encompassing demand generation, events, ABM, partnerships, and content marketing. A demonstrable track record of improving marketing efficiency, such as increasing ROI, reducing CAC, and optimizing spend, is crucial. Furthermore, you will need to exhibit strong cross-functional leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders. Familiarity with essential tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing and analytics platforms is expected. While not mandatory, an MBA or equivalent experience would be considered a valuable asset. The role requires a willingness to travel up to 25% for team collaboration, client engagement, and industry events, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US.
- • Joining SentiLink means becoming part of a rapidly growing, venture-backed company recognized by prestigious publications like TechCrunch, Forbes, and Bloomberg, and a leader in pioneering technologies like eCBSV. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of identity verification, working with a talented and collaborative team that values innovation and execution. This role offers significant potential for professional growth and impact, allowing you to develop advanced strategies in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will gain invaluable experience in scaling a B2B SaaS company, refining your expertise in growth marketing, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership, ultimately contributing to SentiLink's mission of enabling confident transactions for institutions and individuals alike.
