  • • As Head of Growth and Lifecycle at Leapsome, you will architect and lead the AI-augmented growth engine that drives global expansion, owning the strategy and execution of the demand generation function responsible for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs), qualified pipeline, and customer expansion revenue—directly impacting the company’s trajectory as it scales from a people enablement tool to a comprehensive HR platform.
  • • You will design and implement automated, scalable growth loops across the full tech stack, leveraging AI tools for predictive lead scoring, intent-driven prospecting, and autonomous workflows to supercharge marketing efficiency, velocity, and ROI while aligning closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure go-to-market excellence.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning revenue and pipeline outcomes, leading go-to-market strategies for SMB and Mid-Market segments, building lifecycle programs that drive upsell and long-term adoption, mentoring and scaling a high-performance growth team, and continuously experimenting with new technologies to optimize conversion and attribution across paid, organic, website/CRO, and lifecycle channels.
  • • You will partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to align marketing initiatives with product roadmap and revenue goals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high agency where data-driven decisions and experimentation are central to success.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Significant leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • • Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes (e.g., Sales Accepted Opportunities, qualified pipeline), not just lead generation
  • • Experience scaling full-funnel growth programs across paid, organic, website/CRO, and lifecycle marketing
  • • Hands-on AI fluency with demonstrated success embedding AI tools and agents into marketing workflows for improved scalability and decision-making
  • • Deep understanding of modern growth metrics, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks
  • • Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets
  • • Strong partnership experience with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand & Community, Partnerships & Field, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders
  • • Leadership experience building and scaling high-performing growth teams
  • • Builder mentality with high agency, strong execution instincts, and curiosity about buyer behavior
