- • As Sr Manager, Commercial Marketing & Sales Strategy - Dental, you will drive growth for Henry Schein Products and Owned Brands by shaping field-facing sales strategies and building a modern sales training ecosystem that elevates the effectiveness of the US Dental Sales organization.
- • You will develop go-to-market strategies, lead product commercialization, design sales training curricula (including Business of Dentistry and specialty certifications), create digital learning modules, and ensure field readiness ahead of product launches through coaching tools and feedback loops.
- • You will partner with Product Category Management, HSP leadership, Finance, Sales Training, Clinical Advisory, Marketing, and Field Sales Leadership to align commercial strategy with product planning and lead cross-functional training deployment.
- • You will track KPIs like LMS completion, use performance insights to refine curriculum and GTM execution, and continuously improve based on field feedback and results.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in sales strategy, commercial marketing, category management, sales enablement, or similar roles
- • Dental and healthcare experience strongly preferred
- • Experience building or delivering sales training programs (professional selling frameworks, business acumen, GTM enablement)
- • Ability to translate clinical or technical information into simple, actionable selling tools
- • Demonstrated success launching and commercializing products through field sales organizations
- • Data-driven mindset with experience using sales performance metrics to guide decisions
