- • As Head of Growth for Blitz at Voodoo SAS, you will serve as the strategic growth leader and CMO-equivalent for a top-priority mobile game app, directly reporting to and partnering with the CEO to drive aggressive user acquisition and revenue scaling in a high-impact, fast-moving environment.
- • You will own end-to-end growth strategy and execution, leveraging Voodoo’s full Performance Marketing engine while activating organic and innovative levers such as partnerships, influencer marketing, ASO, growth hacking, and community building to maximize user engagement and monetization.
- • Day to day, you will build and refine data-driven growth strategies, execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (both paid and non-paid), monitor market and competitor trends to identify emerging opportunities, collaborate with product, engineering, and creative teams to align resources and optimize funnel performance, and conduct deep analytical reviews to measure ROI, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth vectors.
- • You will be embedded within Voodoo’s Growth Central team during onboarding to gain deep expertise in the company’s proprietary growth frameworks, tools, and best practices, enabling you to rapidly scale Blitz using proven methodologies while contributing to the evolution of the broader growth function.
- • The Blitz team operates as an innovative, entrepreneurial unit within Voodoo, backed by the scale and resources of a global mobile leader with 7 billion downloads and 200M+ monthly active users, offering a unique blend of startup agility and corporate strength to test, learn, and scale at unprecedented speed.
- • In this role, you will develop world-class expertise in mobile growth strategy, performance marketing analytics, and cross-functional leadership, positioning yourself as a top-tier growth executive capable of scaling consumer apps in competitive markets while driving measurable impact on one of Voodoo’s most strategic assets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Grande École program)
- • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments such as strategy consulting, investment banking, or tech, with preference for consumer/gaming/network/B2C app backgrounds
- • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, including proficiency in data analysis to guide decisions and prioritize initiatives
- • Genuine interest in mobile gaming, apps, and/or performance marketing
- • Autonomous, proactive mindset with comfort in rolling up your sleeves to execute initiatives
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- • Fluency in English
