Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end growth strategy for Almedia’s China market, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as the architect of the go-to-market engine.
- • Build and execute a repeatable outbound sales motion, including segmentation, messaging, and CRM workflows to ensure high-speed, precise team execution.
- • Personally lead Tier-1 enterprise deals with top mobile game publishers from initial discovery through signed integration, creating flagship “win stories” to unlock broader market adoption.
- • Design and implement strategic initiatives such as formal client referral systems, global sync optimization using AI, and custom-built performance measurement tools.
- • Bridge product and market by translating publisher insights into prioritized product backlog items, ensuring the roadmap aligns with actual market demand and monetization needs.
- • Define and enforce operational excellence standards: qualification criteria, pipeline hygiene, forecasting rigor, and live deal health reporting for CEO visibility.
- • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Success Manager (CSM) team in China, setting KPIs, creating career growth plans, and fostering a culture of extreme ownership.
- • Establish and maintain a high-accountability CSM culture that drives retention, expansion, and long-term integration of key publisher partners.
- • Scale outbound motion by experimenting with A/B outreach sequences, offer testing, and data-driven optimization to identify the most effective acquisition channels.
- • Leverage CRM data and AI-powered tools to automate and enhance human effort, improving efficiency and scalability across the entire customer lifecycle.
- • Maintain direct, strategic communication with Monetization and LiveOps leaders at major game studios, translating complex product features into quantified ROI.
- • Operate in a fully in-office environment (5 days/week in Beijing) to sustain high-energy momentum and collaboration across the China team.
- • Drive rapid iteration in an early-stage, ambiguous environment, pivoting strategies without losing momentum while maintaining focus on revenue-driving activities.
- • Prioritize the 20% of activities that generate 80% of revenue, eliminating busywork and focusing exclusively on high-impact outcomes.
- • Act as a “player-coach”: remain deeply involved in deal execution while simultaneously leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 2–5 CSMs.
- • Build systems, not just execute tasks—create scalable processes for prospecting, qualifying, closing, and integrating enterprise clients.
- • Provide transparent, real-time reporting on pipeline health and deal progression to enable executive decision-making and team unblocking.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to ensure market feedback directly shapes product development priorities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of running full-cycle enterprise sales (prospect → pitch → close) while managing a team of 2–5 people.
- • Demonstrated ability to build an outbound sales engine from scratch using A/B outreach, sequencing, and offer testing.
- • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline hygiene, with a passion for leveraging AI and custom-built performance tools to scale sales operations.
- • Experience translating complex product features into quantified ROI for Monetization and LiveOps leaders at major mobile game studios.
- • Ability to give candid feedback, address performance early, and lead multi-geo teams (Berlin/China/Israel) with high engagement and motivation.
- • Deep operational rigor: you build systems, not just do sales—you own processes, forecasting, and data-driven execution.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Generous bonus scheme tied to proactive, high-impact work.
- • Opportunity to grow alongside a profitable startup with rapid career acceleration.
- • High-growth environment where staff are encouraged to take ownership of projects and raise the bar consistently.
- • Fully in-office work culture (5 days/week in Beijing) to foster energetic collaboration and momentum.
